Myanmar president left Yangon for UK and France on his second visit to Europe on Sunday as he seek support from the western countries for his most-touted reforms.
The four-day would be on July 14-18, according to reports.
The reformist president visited several European countries, but the trip is the first-ever visit to UK and France since taking office two years ago.
European Union has lifted economic sanctions against Myanmar except for arms embargo and re-granted generalized system of preference.
US also lifted sanctions imposed on Myanmar except for arms embargo.
He arrived at Heathrow Airport in London at 6.55 pm local time on July 14, Facebook account of Ye Htut, the presidential spokesman who accompanies the president on the trip, writes on his wall.
He is scheduled to meet UK Prime Minister David Cameroon, who visited Myanmar in the previous year, and French president Francois Hollande.
