JICA’S SURVEY REACHES FINAL STAGE FOR GREATER YANGON COMPUTER SERVICE

Japan International Cooperation Agency-JICA has already reached the final stage of collecting the survey data for the transport sector so as to implement urban transport project.


The data were collected for 11 survey sectors in the transport sector."Emphasis was placed on conducting the survey for rail transport, waterway and land transportations concerning the transport sector. Now, it reaches final stage.

Survey was conducted not only for
students but also for personnel using their transport facilities to their destinations," said a staff who participated in the survey of transport sector.


The survey project was named Greater Yangon Urban Transport Project.


The survey crew collected data for use of transport facility by the people in the area of 10000 houses.
