A New York-based legal consultant firm Herzfeld Rubin, Meyer Rose
Law Firm Ltd (HRMR) has entered into Myanmar, becoming the first-ever
US law firm to establish their foothold in Myanmar, according to the
Voice report.
The company has officially launched its Myanmar arm, providing legal
consultation services.
The company said it would provide services to multinational
corporations entering the Southeast Asian country.
The law firm has opened its Yangon office since November 1 and will
open its Nay Pyi Taw office.
It is providing legal services to the international corporations with
the workforce of four local legal professionals and five international
legal experts.
The company was established since 1948 and has more than 200
subsidiaries around the world.
