Asian: 27th SEA Games 2013 Host, Naypyidaw, Yangon, and Mandalay Myanmar

Asian: 27th SEA Games 2013 Host, Naypyidaw, Yangon, and Mandalay MyanmarAsian 27th SEA Games 2013 will be held jointly with the co-host cities Naypyidaw, Yangon, and Mandalay in Myanmar on December 11 grand opening ceremony until Decenber 22, 2013 at Zabuthiri Stadium as the main sport's venue.

Myanmar 27th SEA Games award's this year 2013 with more than 1500 medals: 460 gold and silver as well as bronze 637 to athletes. Athletics will award 46 gold medals with maximum ones in this year SEA Games.

Myanmar, a founding member of the competition is one of Southeast Asia's poorest countries, has not played host since 1969, since when its deteriorating economy has forced it to take a back seat. Myanmar's last SEA Games hosting in Yangon: in 1961 and 1969.

It will be Myanmar's third times to hold SEA Games after waiting for 44 years.

The countries that will participate SEA Games 2013 are Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Brunei, Indonesia, Philippines, and Timor-Leste.
