On Jan. 24, 2014, Chinese Ambassador Yang Houlan visit Asian Fame Media (Popular News) headquarter and met its CEO Daw Nang Galyar Win. Both sides exchanged ideas on Myanmar transition, China-Myanmar mutually beneficial cooperation and media exchanges.
Daw Nang Galyar Win said that Popular News always follows the unbiased principles and reports Myanmar-China cooperation with an objective view. Myanmar medias is willing to further strengthen communications with Chinese counterparts and promote understanding between the two peoples.
Amb. Yang said that developing China-Myanmar friendship and win-win cooperation conforms to the common benefits of two peoples. It is hoped that both medias could play a significant role in bilateral friendship, contributing in establishing a beneficial atmosphere for Comprehensive Strategic Partnership of Cooperation between China and Myanmar.
