A Swedish music band Arrival From Sweden will perform cover songs of
the legendary international pop band ABBA in Yagon in November,
according to the local newspaper Flower News.
The music concert is scheduled to take place in People's Square in
Yangon on November 30.
The band will sing the hits by ABBA—most of which are no stranger to
Myanmar ears thanks to local copy songs.
The band is the most popular ABBA Tribute Band all over the world with
50 world tours since 1995 and 30 tours to North America alone.
The Arrival From Sweden has copyrights of ABBA's costumes and stage
designs, bringing back the ABBA songs and styles to the ABBA lovers.
"The Music of ABBA Concert by Arrival From Sweden" was brought to
Myanmar by local entertainment groups Pee Paw Entertainment, See Zar
Entertainment and Yangon Life.
"The band will perform on stage for 75 minutes from 7 pm," said Pee
Paw, the organizer of the concert and the owner of Pee Paw
Entertainment, told the Flower News.
The ticket sales in first-come-first-served style will be launched on
November 22.
