SINGAPORE: Team Singapore on Sunday ended its run at the ASEAN Para Games in Myanmar with five more medals.
The medals in cerebral palsy football and table tennis took the country's tally at the Games to 26. The 26 medals consist of seven golds, 10 silvers and nine bronzes.
Singapore's cerebral palsy footballers took home silver on their first appearance at the ASEAN Para Games.
Their fairy-tale run ended with a 2-0 loss to host nation Myanmar in the final.
Meanwhile, Singapore's paddlers won bronze medals in team events in classes 3, 4, 5 and 9.
This was based on their performances in the round-robin competition.
Classes 1 to 5 indicate events where athletes compete while sitting due to physical impairment to their legs.
Classes 6 to 10 refer to events where athletes with physical impairments can compete while standing.
The Games' closing ceremony will take place on Monday.
