MYANMAR’S FIRST INSTRUMENTAL SHOW , PARTICIPATE MORE THEN 20 GUITARISTS

More than 20 guitarists will participate in the first-ever Myanmar
Instrumental Show 2014 scheduled to be held in Minder Ground of Yangon
on January 26, according to the Voice Weekly.


The event organized by Ginga-Cherry Company is free-of-charge event
and is open to any interested persons.


"When we consult with artists to organize this kind of event, they all
supported the idea and promised to participate in the event," said
Ginga, the organizer of the event.



"We first had an idea to invite international guitarists to the event.
But we didn't have enough time," he added.


More than 20 famous guitarists will open the event and any interested
guitarists from every nook and corner of the country can join and
display their talents at the event.


"Each guitarist has 15 minutes. Such event is an essential for the
music industry. The amateurs will be interested as well," said lead
guitarist Chit San Maung, who plays for the leading Iron Cross band.
