The Trinidad and Tobago national who boarded an AirAsia flight on Sunday morning, a few hours after AirAsia flight QZ8501disappeared over the Java Sea, has arrived safely in Myanmar.
The woman who had flown from Bangkok, used social media to reassure herself and her loved ones that "everything will be okay" and her flight would not also disappear.
Late Sunday evening, she posted on her Facebook page, that she had arrived in Myanmar safely.
The search for the missing plane continued yesterday, and officials are expected to widen their search today.
