A six-star float hotel will be opened at Botahtaung Jetty in Yangon as
the city is seeking to transform the area into a recreation centre of
the city, according to a report by Myanma Alinn.
The ship which will be used as a float hotel will be opened soon,
according to Hla Hla Pa Pa Co Ltd product manager Lin Han.
It was bought from England in August and has arrived at Yangon Port.
The company is putting finishing touches to the hotel to keep it
appropriate with the weathers and other situations in Myanmar.
The ship has the length of 105 meter and the diameter of 18.4 meter.
It would offer 104 hotel rooms with two restaurants.
"We are planning to open it in earlier January.
We are making decorations to the ship," the source said.
