Tune into Top Gear Season 21 Episode 7 (the season finale) on BBC 2 at 8 p.m. Sunday, March 16. This week, in part two of this 'slightly delayed' TG holiday special, Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond, and James May attempt to complete their journey through Burma and close the curtain on yet another great season.
If you missed Part 1 of the special, it began with the goal to build a bridge over River Kwai, and the boys have one last hour to fullfill this challenge. The season finale will pickup where Clarkson, Hammond, and May left off, traveling through Burma, where they will no doubt destroy more power lines, fruit carts, and self dignity; all for the sake of British glory.
And speaking of glory, last week had plenty of glorious moments, including surviving a Burmese trucker stop, a five-legged horse, and a game of football on a 10-lane highway. May was once again the butt of many jokes, including getting left behind in his crippled truck, as hammond and Clarkson trudged onward without concern. He was hoisted high in his tent by a crane as retribution for his snoring, and discovered the true meaning behind the Nutcracker while riding a horse.
The finale of this 'holiday' special comes with no guarantees, except, "We—guarantee stunning scenery, much adversity, regular malfunction, and terrible shirts." Be sure to watch Top Gear Season 21 Episode 7 on BBC 2 on Sunday, March 16, at 8 p.m.! If you miss the program, visit the BBC iPlayer to watch it online.
