The total trade volume of Myanmar has reached USD 21.33 billion on February 7, according to the latest press release by the Ministry of Commerce.
The official figures show that Myanmar needs to collect more USD 3.7 billion from remaining one and a half months in the budget year which ends in March to meet the target of USD 25 billion.
Overseas trade volume amounted to USD 17.2 billion while border trader reach USD 4.13 billion, according to the Eleven Myanmar report.
Agricultural produce including rice, beans, pulses and sesame are majored exported products by the Southeast Asian countries.
Myanmar has expected to fulfill 80 percent of its targeted trade volume of USD 25 billion from overseas trade and 20 percent from the border trade.
