Authorities respond to wreck involving four-wheeler north of Riverton

(Riverton, Wyo.) – Emergency responders are at the scene of a passenger car versus four-wheeler wreck north of Riverton at the intersection of Burma Road and Creek Drive. Crews were dispatched to the scene at about 12:50 p.m.


According to a law enforcement officer on the scene heard on a police scanner in the County10.com office, two women in their 30s were injured in the wreck.


The officer told dispatch that one had severe head trauma, but that she was conscious, alert and answering questions. The other reportedly had minor head trauma and a possible broken arm.


County10.com Managing Editor Ernie Over, who was on scene, said the woman with the more severe injuries was in an ambulance by 1:15 p.m.
